Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.

I have four children: Tyese, Taylor, Amari, and Shaina. One granddaughter- Ariah. A grandson on the way, Sonny Ray. My parents and siblings live on the East Coast.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?

I am the CEO of The Mental Bar, LLC, and Walk With Me Inc. I love what I do. My wife and I created The Mental Bar so that community members would have a third space. A space to create, meet, work, and relax.

Q: What advice would you give to people?

Respect the journey, not the destination.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?

Helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals through coaching or franchising.

Please describe your ideal San Diego weekend:

Starting the day early with a road trip up to Julian for a hike at Three Sisters Falls. Then, stopping for Apple pie. After that head out to the beach for lunch and dinner down in Baja California.
