I’ve always been passionate about helping others discover their unique capabilities and align them with their personal and professional goals.
I’m also a proud three-time international best-selling author, speaker, and facilitator, conducting over 500 leadership workshops and training sessions. My work extends to underserved communities, where I’ve mentored over 1,000 Black and Brown Wall Street Bound Scholars. I have coached kids, teens, and young adults in basketball and football for over 30 years, coaching around 1,000 games.
I’m committed to the idea that trust is the foundation for success in life and business. Everything becomes possible when we start with trust—whether in ourselves or others—. That belief drives everything I do, both professionally and personally.
