Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?

It is my honor to represent the Non Profit Community based Organization Park Takeover as Executive Director. What I love most about what I do is capturing the moments of connection, accomplishment and community then turning it into media for the world to know. Along with this it’s my joy to provide safe spaces for San Diego BIPOC Community.

Q: What advice would you give to people?

Learn everyday.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?

I see myself devoted to my purpose.

Q: What are a few of your favorite restaurants in our community?

I don’t have any. I eat at home mostly.

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?

12 years

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?

My favorite thing about our community is that, within almost all circles we are all connected.

Q: If you could choose anyone alive today and not a relative, with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would you meet for this lunch?

No one comes to mind automatically. I love natural connection.

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?

None come to mind.

Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?

When I look at birds flying high in the sky, I can almost always see their view from their perspective, like a channel.

Park Takeover, YBNB, Buy Black SD, The Mental Bar, Worldbeat Cultural Center, Mt. Hope Garden, Fleet Science Center, Forever Balboa and many more.
