After a decade of physical pain and emotional upheaval… I honestly began to believe that I would have to endure a life of chronic suffering. My subconscious mind was using my body, situations, and experiences to get my attention… but I didn’t even know I had a subconscious mind or that it was talking to me. After a severe fall, I had cracked my skull, but it ended up causing so much more damage than we realized & had to have over a dozen surgeries to repair the damage. At the end of the healing… I fell and broke my ankle in four places. Was this really me trying to communicate with myself? It was like being stuck in a negative manifestation loop, and I accidentally kept attracting more unpleasant situations, unbeknownst to me.

I know now that the subconscious mind HAS to use this form of dialect with us because it does not use words as a form of communication. Long story short… my childhood trauma, which I thought I had done an excellent job stuffing away and trying to forget about, had surfaced wanting genuine healing.

So this is why I am so passionate about what I do, and it is so firmly integrated with who I am, what I do, and the scale of the positive impact I aim to achieve.

I have joyfully co-authored 5 bestselling books for the most incredible charities for women and children in need across the globe. My new book CRYSTAL CLEAR MINDSET, is now available on Amazon and Kindle and includes mental health tools, resources, an online course, and the ability to reprogram your subconscious mind from wherever you are. It’s like having a personal coach in your pocket.

Having learned how to turn pain into power, it makes me want to shout it from the rooftops. We all deserve to feel better.

About Crystal Lynn Privett

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.

I am a single mom of two amazing teen boys, that I actually really adore! We have two pups at home as well, a Cockalier and a Teddy Bear that bring us so much happiness, messes, and giggles. 😉 We enjoy traveling together, the simple pleasures of life, and embracing our passions. Enjoying watching sports with my older son is a favorite, and we are into the Denver teams because that is my hometown. My younger son and I get the explore art, Lego robotics, creativity, and spreading kindness like wildflowers. It’s so cool to explore what fuels us.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?

What I love most about what I do is hearing the successes in my clients’ lives, and the achievements and awarenesses that they are able to achieve. When someone is stuck in life, and they feel paralyzed, it can be hard to ask for help. It can begin to feel overwhelming because it appears as if there is no light at the end of the tunnel. My heart fills with delight knowing that others can learn to think, feel, act, and react in a more positive manner. I am grateful to be a HOPE DEALER and want to let others know… you CAN feel better.

Q: What advice would you give to people?

Learning to listen to your intuition and embrace a passion. We are all creators of our reality, and we already have all the answers within ourselves. Tune into your spirit and follow your heart. Many people get caught up in what other people’s goals and aspirations are for them, even asking others their opinions for their future. Nobody knows you as you do, and don’t be afraid to let the real you out. You will be so grateful you do. Also, our passions bring us so much nourishment and allow us to grow in such a positive way. Oftentimes, taking a little more time away from work and getting back into something that is a source of joy can be highly revitalizing.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?

Leading the Mental Health Revolution from the frontlines and cheering on those around me, as we spark generational change and empower others to achieve all of their heart’s desires.
