Glynis currently serves as Executive Director of HR Operations and Service Delivery for Providence. She leads a dynamic team of Human Resources professionals across several states, ranging from managerial to supportive services. Her oversight includes strategic alignment and implementation of standard work processes, reduction of process variation, and Field/Center of Excellence Engagement. In addition, she is responsible for a broad range of Human Resource functions, including Project Management, Training and Development, Implementation of Change Management initiatives, and Vendor partnerships. Glynis has over 25 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Glynis is the CEO of Coaching with Coach G, a career coaching and consulting service providing coachees with direction, clarity, and support at every career stage. World-class coaching is designed to maximize desired potential, capitalize on capabilities, build confidence and credibility, develop a vision to take control of the future, and action plan using accountability tools.
Drawing from 25 years of experience, Glynis is an inspirational speaker and leader and has a proven track record of inspiring and motivating women. Passionate about encouraging women to become successful, confident, empowered, and influential in whatever endeavors they choose, Glynis has coached and mentored women to level up and take control of their lives, situations, and circumstances. She believes women are natural leaders who have the innate ability to make the impossible possible and look to challenge, transform, and support women to live up to their fullest potential.
Glynis has an MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University. She is a Doctoral student and is PHR certified. Glynis is a member of the SoCal Diversity and Inclusion Committee and serves as a committee member of the Black Caregiver Resource Group at Providence. A Leader, Career Coach, Mentor, and Mother, Glynis enjoys all things fitness, meditation, and spending time with family and friends.

I’m currently an HR Executive and lead a dynamic team of Human Resources professionals across several states. I’m also an active career coach. Both careers allow me to do what I love, which is to guide, direct, advise people, and see them win!

My ideal San Diego weekend is spending time walking the beach. Of course, if there is a great festival in town, I’ll be there!
