My personal journey of shedding 130 pounds and 32% body fat inspires my commitment to helping others.
As a husband and father, I understand the importance of being a healthy role model, both mindset and body. My philosophy, ‘You can’t make excuses and progress at the same time,’ guides my daily habits which allows me to share my passion in lifestyle transformation coaching.
I equip busy professionals worldwide to transform their lives by dropping bad habits, the vices, and embracing nutrition, mindset, and fitness which in turn helps the busy professionals to live a healthier lifestyle within their business and around their families.
Along with my family, I strive to incorporate the healthy lifestyle I advocate, aiming to inspire 100,000 people to transform their life.
About Tony G Drake
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My family includes my beautiful wife of 13 years, who is a registered nurse at Kaiser Permanente as well as an entrepreneur in the beauty industry(derma). We have our gorgeous five-year-old daughter, who is involved in multiple sports and fitness, which include Cheerleading, Gymnastics, Krav Maga Self Defense and Swimming.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
In my past career, I accomplished my first goal which allow me to spend twelve years as a professional wrestler, which took me in several areas of the world—from WWE to Japan, Mexico and even performed on MTV’s “Wrestling Society X”. That chapter of my life allowed me to meet a hundreds of people who I learned from and looked up to within the professional wrestling industry. Concurrently, I have served for twenty-four years in the information technology software industry as a quality assurance automation engineer. What I love most about these roles has been the constant learning and the ability to connect with people around the world, also, staying current with information technology and entertainment.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
In order for you to Conquer Your goals, you have to choose the road of progress. Also, when it comes to taking care of others, the golden rule is to make sure you’re taking care of yourself first at 100%. It’s impossible to give 100% of you to someone else, when you’re giving yourself less than 100%
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Rather than setting a timeline of where I’ll be in five to ten years, I focus on living in the moment and establishing daily habits that align with my purpose. Each day is an opportunity to serve, provide and protect my family and make a global impact by helping others transform their lives through healthy habits.

Q: What Neighborhood do you live in?
North County, Escondido
What I love about my Neighborhood:
It’s far enough from the main part of San Diego, but close enough to drive to the main part of San Diego. Also, it’s very family populated here so it’s a great fit for us with having a younger daughter, to be around other kids.
Please describe your ideal San Diego weekend:
Gym time first thing in the morning while my daughter gets to play in the kids zone, then it’s taking her to gymnastics. After that, its all family time the rest of the weekend, We can go to an event after our activities are completed. From there, we can go over to see other family members or friends and have a very low-key type of weekend.
Q: Finally, what three words or phrases come to mind when you think of the word HOME?
Being present for my family. Taking care of my family. “F-5 Fridays” (that’s where the 5 of us (3- humans, 2- dogs) are home on Friday evenings, together. We put our devices away and spend that time relaxing)
