My name is Damontae Hill. I’m a natural born leader from San Diego, California. I like being at the beach! The beach reminds me to stay calm in stressful situations, also that no matter what goes on the world keeps moving. I grew up with all brothers that were competitive in sports, that taught me there is no short cut to mental toughness! I am the middle brother, I have learned that you have to learn from the ones before you and be the example to the ones younger than you! I’m an expert in family banking strategies and a professional at teaching people what the banks are doing with their money!

I have huge family from all different walks of life!

What I love most about what I do is the fact that if I stand in a room with 1,000 different professionals, I am the one that can make the biggest impact while adding the most value for you, your family and the your generations to come!
Q: What advice would you give to people?
You have to act like a king to be treated like one! Also, Plan all the way to the end! The ending is everything!

In 5-10 years I see myself as the go to guy in my family and community!

I feel like I make the best food in the community so I don’t eat out a lot! But I do like las cuatro milpas & Canada Steak Burger! Kutty’s Krack Fish catering also killing the game! Lastly 100 percent naturall!

I have worked professionally in the community for a little over 2 years!

My Uncle Derrick as well as Roosevelt Williams lll!
Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
Rockies Frozen Yogurt! Pick up Sticks!
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
All the beaches! San Diego is really “Americas Finest City” !
Q: If you could choose anyone alive today and not a relative, with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would you meet for this lunch?
I would choose Warren Buffet because of his experience in like being 93. I would choose Warren Buffet because he is the top guy in the industry of finance & investment. For lunch I would ask what he likes to eat and then find the best place that represents his response and the community!

What I love about my Neighborhood:
I like that this neighborhood is the vibe of being outside the city but still so close to it!
Please describe your ideal San Diego weekend:
My ideal weekend in San Diego would be Thursday I finish up a strong productive week in business. Friday I’m chillin, maybe another business event after that have a night out with my dad and family. Saturday I’m with my mom and family at the beach enjoying the nice weather and breezes, then maybe a night out in downtown or my few friends link up at the spot and we have a guys night. Sunday I’m home with family, I’m on the grill for good eats and watching Sunday football !
