I’m a business owner and instructor of a Yoga and Pilates studio, San Diego Yoga Center. My most important title is mom to 2 kiddos and wife to an amazing husband. I live in east Chula Vista but also love and support La Mesa which is where my studio is located. Before I moved to San Diego 15 years ago, I lived in NYC where I graduated college with a BA degree in Marketing. I love moving my body, sunshine, and all forms of self-care.
