Kevin Marshall is a firm believer in the power of blessings, and it is this motto that guides his life. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Kevin relocated to Chula Vista, California at a young age and became the twelfth child in his new “Brady Bunch” family. Adjusting to a new home, and state, and the influence of a Master Chief in the US Navy proved to be a hidden blessing in his life.
Kimberley is a native of San Diego and 3rd generation. Kimberley’s parents had three kids. Kimberley has a brother and a sister. Kimberley is passionate about helping the homeless and making a difference in human trafficking.
Today, Kevin serves as the President and Co-Founder of Copy Link, a thriving office equipment company located in Chula Vista, California. Alongside his high school sweetheart and wife, Kimberley, they are celebrating 35 years of marriage and are proud parents to three amazing children and one granddaughter.
Driven by their passion for business and community Kimberley and Kevin are active in the community, Salvation Army, YMCA. And other foundations in our city.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My Wife and I have 3 kids Devin 32, Courntie 29, Kevin Jr 24 and one beautiful granddaughter Sage turning 2 soon.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I have been immersed in the office technology world for over 40 years, finding immense joy in solving my clients’ problems and optimizing operations. What I love most is witnessing the success our clients achieve in San Diego and building relationships.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
One piece of advice I cherish sharing is the profound importance of relationships in life. Never underestimate the significance of meeting someone at an event and taking the time to truly understand them. The impact of such connections can ripple through your lifetime.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
I envision retiring in the next 5 to 10 years and dedicating my time to supporting local nonprofits, helping them thrive in their efforts to give back to the community. Additionally, I plan to assist small business owners in achieving success

Ken Blanchard, because of his book Raving Fans, which had a profound influence on my company

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
My three all-time favorite movies are Gladiator, Pretty Woman, and A Beautiful Mind.
Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
That I am a beekeeper
Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
I’ve been fortunate to do a lot of traveling, and every time I return to San Diego, I find myself saying, “There’s no place like home.” I would easily rate San Diego a 10 out of 10.
Q: Who inspires you to be better?
My Uncle John, a purple-heart Vet.
Q: What community organizations and/or local nonprofits do you admire/support?
YMCA, ECS, CVESD Innovation Station, Junior Achievement, Chula Vista Charitable Foundation and Salvation Army.
Q: What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve ever received was from my uncle. He emphasized that the thrill of doing something you’re not supposed to do can never be matched by any activity your spouse may engage in. If you ever feel bored in your marriage, find exciting things to do together rather than seeking excitement outside the relationship.
