I am Xtina Geri. I help overwhelmed parents and professionals create ease by rewiring their inner programming. I am someone who rose to the top in every position I was in – including multiple national fellowships, awards, etc. – but I did this at the cost of my health, relationships, and well-being. It does not have to be this way! I am committed to helping others thrive while keeping families together.

We do not have to spend hours in meditation, therapy, and personal development to heal our lives and bodies. We are meant to live life, excel where we want, dance, sing, play, cook, break bread, and spend time with our loved ones. The Healing Modalities I create are intended for the high performer – the busy mom/dad juggling 10 million things, and the professional who can manage a 50-60 hour work week like it’s nothing. We deserve to excel and deepen love in our lives.

There are a variety of ways that I support parents and professionals to welcome more ease, joy, and love. I work one-on-one, and I lead workshops for organizations, school districts, and corporate teams. I create tools for people to implement immediately without spending hours in personal development courses or therapy. I authored nine eBooks, journals, and 4 Decks of Affirmations, and I am currently writing a book to be published by Balboa Press.

I believe we are all connected and inseparable – that our energetic actions impact one another. This is why Inner Healing is so important because as we heal and tend to our innermost self, we heal all to whom we are connected. I actively participate in the PTA at my son’s school and community events. I sit on two nonprofit boards: Prison From the Inside Out and Seven Seas Foundation. When a deck of affirmations is purchased, a deck is given to a family that is impacted by incarceration. You at once affirm yourself and all on your path and give the opportunity for a family that is enrolled in our Self-Control 12-Week Program inside CDCR.

About Xtina Geri Jogoleff

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.

I am a single momma with a luminous 8-year-old son. We have a cat, Sunny, and a bearded dragon, Autumn.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?

I am honored to do the work that I do. Working 1:1 with clients is by far the most rewarding work ever. I am usually in tears because I am so proud of their growth. Inner Healing means diving into the root of our pains, psychological processing, and subconscious wiring in order to improve all relationships in one’s life. Diving this deep with people is sacred work, and who they become in the process is beyond description. I literally see prayers answered and dreams come true every single day – from dream jobs/teams, healed marriages, recovery from divorce, parents working together with the children’s best interest at the center, parents no longer losing it on their kids, professionals leading their teams to new levels, to real changes in people’s physical bodies (like lab results coming back with lower numbers, etc).

Q: What advice would you give to people?

Quiet the mind, listen to the heart. For power leaders focused on building a solid reputation: do the effing work, be transparent, and walk the talk! Master it, become it, be it.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?

My son will be 13-18. I see us impacting more families by leading the change. Prison From the Inside Out will have passed more legislation directly improving the lives of those most impacted by incarceration – bringing women and men home who lead new lives. My inner healing & leadership workshops will have expanded nationally.
