My name is Ashley DeLara, and I’m passionate about helping real estate agents grow their businesses through creative marketing and seamless transaction coordination. I currently lead the marketing department at Transaction Processing Services (TPS), where I design systems, create content, and develop strategies that make agents shine. Outside of work, I love photography, videography, crafting, and exploring new adventures around San Diego.
About Ashley DeLara
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I come from a very close-knit family. My sister and I actually work together at TPS, which makes our professional and personal lives deeply connected. Family is really important to me, it’s my anchor, my motivation, and the reason I strive to build a better future for myself.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
Right now, I serve as the Marketing Concierge at TPS, where I’ve built the first-ever marketing department for the company. What I love most about my work is getting to merge creativity with strategy whether that’s designing social media campaigns, creating flyers and videos, or guiding agents through branding. Helping people feel proud of their business and seeing their confidence grow through marketing support is what excites me the most.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Believe in the value of your own story and don’t be afraid to share it. In both life and business, authenticity builds trust. People connect with realness more than perfection, so put yourself out there and let others see your journey.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
In 5 to 10 years, I see myself continuing to lead in the marketing and real estate space, possibly running my own creative agency or stepping deeper into behavioral research, which is another passion of mine. Most importantly, I want to be in a place where I feel fulfilled, independent, and surrounded by a strong community both personally and professionally.
