| Despite witnessing so many tragic events, including losing about eight of his fellow police officers who were killed in the line of duty in 1980’s and early 1990s Ray remains positive about the kind spirit of people and is regularly inspired by the people he meets. Ray also started the 4S Ranch / Del Sur Foundation and the SDPD SWAT Alumni Association. Both of these groups have given substantial funds to support their causes. | |||||||||||||||||||||
