David has almost 50 years’ experience in I.T. He has worked on everything from mainframes to distributed computing systems and brings a wealth of knowledge. He enjoys solving problems and helping customers be successful. He has also worked in a variety of industries from restaurants and hospitality to transportation to policing and security to manufacturing and medicine.

David is married and enjoys traveling with his spouse in their RV.

Choose who you want to be each moment of each day, and don’t wait to be happy.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Retired. Traveling. Riding my Harley. Playing Ham Radio.

Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
Puerta La Boca in Little Italy. Spiritos in Oceanside.
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I moved to SoCal in 2007.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
Wow. Great question. I’ve met so many interesting people, including a master gardener who literally wrote the book on being a master gardener. I’ve also met architects, engineers, authors, and pilots.
Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
Good question. I’m not sure I’ve lived here long enough to be nostalgic.
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
I enjoy San Diego’s different areas and opportunities, from North County to Downtown to East County. We have a very rich area to work and play in.
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
I would love to sit down with Barak and Michelle Obama. I find them to be very interesting, articulate, and heartfelt people. Puerta La Boca would be a great place to eat and have a conversation.
